Just hours into the new year, the apparent jihadist attack in New Orleans provided a stark reminder of the perils to the homeland facing America in 2025
for several years now, while we’ve seen supporters of genocidal jihadist groups on parade at college campuses and across city streets, the prospect of Islamic terror has remained largely distant from our shores and our psyches, in my view, that we’ve not suffered myriad jihadist attacks can be attributed to a combination of sheer luck, incompetence on the part of would be jihadis, perhaps the strategic patience of the Global Islamic supremacist movement, whose members see later to be gained by Engaging in violent attacks to advance a cause that’s already advancing law enforcement successes. And finally, the grace of God, there’s no doubt that there are stunning numbers of jihadi cells and alone and generally known wolves within the homeland at levels that have no doubt swelled under the open borders policies of the Biden Harris administration. We’ve invited all manner of enemies to fill and exploit the migration vacuum. And in fact, immigration numbers, legal and illegal from majority Muslim countries have increased dramatically, totaling well over 2 million people after 911 and across most administrations, it only takes a small percentage of evildoers to inflict catastrophic damage. It’s worth noting the views of this population. According to Pew more than 1/3 of American Muslims have a favorable opinion of Hamas. Nearly 60% have a favorable opinion of the Hamas light, Palestinian Authority. Separate polling shows that 57% of American Muslims somewhat or strongly agree that Hamas was justified in attacking Israel as part of their struggle for a Palestinian state. A 2017, ADL poll shows 34% of American Muslims held anti semitic views, more than two times the percentage of non Muslims. Past polls have shown between five and 10% of American Muslims saying suicide bombings and other attacks against civilian targets are sometimes are often justified to defend Islam, and those such studies are few and far between. One 2011 analysis indicated that of 100 mosques surveyed, 80% had texts severely or moderately advocating violence. In 84 and a half percent of the mosque sampled, the Imam recommended studying violence positive texts. 58% of mosques invited guest Imams known to promote violent jihad concurrently. Again, more stealthy Islamic supremacists have steadily advanced their cause over the last several decades through nonviolent subversive means, penetrating and influencing our institutions towards the same nefarious ends as their jihadi comrades that the Obama Biden administration purged counter jihadist training documents effectively blinding law enforcement to the threat is one manifestation of this disaster. Authorities expanded their focus and diverted resources to countering violent extremism instead of defeating jihadism, this encompassed all manner of dangers, but with a focus on a hyped up and inflated threat of white supremacists and other ethnically motivated violent extremists that the feds literally manufactured in certain instances, this group has come to be conflated with and minimally used to smear dissenters From progressive orthodoxy writ large, hence the greatest law enforcement drag down in history, inflated by the Biden administration targeting J Sixers as if they were genocidal jihadists. There’s a devastating consequence to blinding ourselves to the jihadist threat, while authorities, in some cases created explicitly to eliminate it, train their sites instead on Americans who dissent from ruling class orthodoxy. The consequence is dead Americans, a Trump administration that understands the size, scope and nature of the threat of Islamic supremacism, lets that understanding drive policy and pursues it unshackled by political correctness will be imperative if we’re to neutralize it the.
Trump must confront jihadism and Islamist supremacism
By Straight Arrow News
At least 14 revelers celebrating New Year’s on Bourbon Street in New Orleans have died after 42-year-old U.S. Army veteran Shamsud-Din Jabbar used a rented Ford pick-up truck to run over as many civilians as he could. The FBI is classifying this as a deliberate act of terrorism. The suspect, heavily armed and wearing body armor, was killed on sight by police officers responding to the scene. He had posted online to declare his support for ISIS just before the attack and was flying an ISIS flag on his rented vehicle.
The FBI does not currently believe that the suspect had any accomplices or belonged to any larger ISIS cell, but this is an ongoing investigation. Law enforcement also successfully neutralized two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) prior to their detonation, believed to have been planted by the suspect.
Watch the above video as Straight Arrow News contributor Ben Weingarten says that the United States has pivoted too far away from confronting Islamist supremacism and jihadist threats, and suggests that Trump should re-prioritize those threats when he returns to the White House later this month.
