It has now been revealed that the failed former President Donald Trump is indeed behind the push for Joe Biden to be impeached. We’ve now learned thanks to various reporting sources that in the days leading up to the announcement by Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy that an impeachment inquiry would be launched on Joe Biden, Donald Trump was meeting with Elise to FANTIC, Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, Republican congresswoman and others, and applying pressure, as it has been called on Republicans to look at an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden and even further to actually go through with impeachment. It is obvious that this is exactly what Trump accused Democrats of doing to him even though there was no evidence there was no evidence that Joe Biden ever said to anybody impeach timing of impeachment wouldn’t work. When he was a candidate, go and impeach Trump, or go and indict Trump. There’s no evidence that Joe Biden ever did that. But Trump said that’s what was going on. Because allegations seem to be confessions at this point. We now see that it was actually Trump who was doing that. But remarkably, even though this bogus as of yet impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden may actually hurt the political careers of the people doing it Kevin McCarthy and others. It seems as though Donald Trump is only getting stronger. It is incredible to say, but after basically flat polling for weeks and weeks, Donald Trump is now seeing a bit of a polling bump getting up to an average of 55, even 56%. Ron DeSantis continues to decline all the way down below 13. The lowest that DeSantis has been since January, the supposed surge of the vague Ramaswamy appears to have stopped and he is now stuck somewhere between six and a half and 7%. In the Republican primary. Nikki Haley actually did see a little boost thanks to her solid performance in the first Republican primary debate. But she now has gotten to six and seems able to go no further. The idea of Chris Christie having some room to grow as basically the lone anti Trump voice truly anti Trump voice in the Republican primary chris Christie is stuck between three and three and a half. Trump appears to be behind the Biden impeachment, which is being done for political reasons and to hurt Joe Biden. And yet he only gets stronger. Now let me give you the counterpoint to this. The counterpoint is sure Trump may look good now. But once it becomes obvious that the Biden impeachment is going nowhere, once it becomes obvious that there is no evidence once it becomes clear that Donald Trump is going to be embroiled in not one, two or three, but rather for criminal trials during and in the lead up to the primary and general elections of 2024. Republican voters will abandon him and will pick someone else. Maybe there really isn’t evidence at this time, that that’s actually what’s going to happen. It is true that if Trump has 56% of the Republican vote 44% is elsewhere. And if indeed, that doesn’t yet represent the full Republican electorate, because many voters are not yet paying attention. It is true, that were other voters to enter, it would only take a little bit to get Trump under 50%. But even Trump at 48, and every other candidate, splitting the remaining 52 still puts Trump in a very strong position. So this, you know, it’s very common that people in positions of analyzing American politics say this is the most important election ever for this, that or the other reason. The truth is that is not my style. In 2012 when Barack Obama was running for reelection against Mitt Romney. I wasn’t saying this is the most important election ever. I was saying this is an important election, and certainly Mitt Romney winning would send us in a different path when it comes to tax policy and in some, but it is not that democracy rides on this election. Democracy truly does appear to ride on the 2024 election, either we have a completely uncontroversial Presidency of Joe Biden serving years five through eight, or we elect a Trump or a DeSantis, a truly weaponized anti democracy authoritarian, and then who knows where we end up by 2028. So it is still an unclear picture. We don’t know where the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden will go. If there were to be an impeachment, certainly it’s not going to conviction. We know that. But there is so much riding on this one, that it needs to be followed closely as indeed we are doing where do I expect the Republican primary to be in a month or in two months? I expect it to be basically in the same place that it is today. Could something happen with Trump’s trials with Biden impeachment with any of these things that are radically changed the nature of that primary yeah but do I think it’s likely absolutely not let me know if you agree or disagree.

Mounting pressure from House Republicans has led House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to officially endorse an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden. These impeachment efforts have escalated alongside another unfolding legal drama — that of former President Donald Trump.
Straight Arrow News contributor David Pakman argues that Trump, himself, is behind the scheme to impeach Biden. Pakman also points out that the impeachment inquiry against Biden boosted Trump’s poll numbers.
But remarkably, even though this bogus-as-of-yet impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden may actually hurt the political careers of the people doing it, Kevin McCarthy and others, it seems as though Donald Trump is only getting stronger.
