Biden greenlit Iranian strike on Israel

The past 30 days have witnessed tense exchanges of airstrikes between Israel and Iran, beginning with Israel’s alleged bombing of the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1. Iran retaliated in a widely telegraphed response designed to minimize human casualties and to provide room for de-escalation. Israel responded similarly with an even smaller second strike, and Iran has stated that it will not return fire from that attack at all. For now, under pressure from the global community to avoid a major war, it appears both parties are consciously pursuing this strategy of managed de-escalation.

Straight Arrow News contributor Ben Weingarten accuses President Biden and the United States of working too closely with Iran throughout all of this. He says that Biden essentially “greenlit” the Iranian airstrike on Israel. Weingarten encourages the United States to take a more hawkish position against Iran instead of attempting to mediate the conflict.

Iran’s unprecedented aerial invasion of Israel, a brazen act of war, was the poisonous fruit of more than a decade of Obama-Biden administration policy to make Iran the Middle East strong horse. To add insult to that injury, there’s compelling evidence the Biden administration is cynically seeking to exploit the jihadist regimes [sic], has sought to further advance its Iran-first agenda, imperiling Israel’s very existence by leveraging the attack to box her. Iran launched hundreds of drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles at Israel in purported retaliation for a strike on Iranian military leaders in Syria attributed to Israeli leaders, including the IRGC mastermind behind the October 7 attack.

It’s debatable, of course, whether Iran’s attack was retaliatory, given Israel’s strike could come in retaliation for Hamas’s Holocaust-in-a-day that Iran funded and coordinated. But that aside, Iran’s escalation seems oddly to be telegraphed. Subsequent reporting would suggest and made known what was coming to the U.S. through a variety of channels, the Biden administration effectively greenlit the attack by not only distancing itself from the serious strike, but apparently refusing to threaten massive consequences should Iran respond.

It’s debatable, of course, whether Iran’s attack was retaliatory, given Israel strike could come in retaliation for Hamas is holocaust in a day that I ran funded and coordinated. But that aside, Iran’s escalation seems oddly to be telegraphed. Subsequent reporting would suggest and made known what was coming to the US through a variety of channels, the better administration effectively greenlit the attack by not only distancing itself from the serious strike, but apparently refusing to threaten massive consequences should Iran respond. It turns out saying don’t doesn’t scare the mullahs, American leaders said the attack was coming, though according to The New York Times the operation might have been bigger than expected. Nevertheless, Israeli officials say that thanks in part to international cooperation, they had a good idea in advance of Iran’s targets and weapons. The US military coordinated aerial defense efforts with Israeli British and French forces, as well as crucially, those of Jordan. Once the attack started, Iran reportedly kept open lines of communications with the US, Israel and the regional air defense coalition proved remarkably successful at intercepting the weapons with one air base including minor damage, and one person sustaining serious injuries. It all seemed eerily orchestrated. Prior to the attack, America supposedly urged Israel not to mount a rash Counter Strike without weighing all considerations. After the attack, the Biden administration almost immediately pressed Israel not to pummel Iran. In his initial statement following the incursion, the President said he would convene my fellow g7 leaders to coordinate a united diplomatic response. So the international community to would engage in a bear hug of Israel, calling for a non military and therefore non deterrent response, the administration will leak to reporters that the Jewish state might be trying to draw the US into a broader war where it’s a retaliate strongly. This after the Biden administration’s appeasement of Iran and knifing of Israel had directly contributed to proxy Hamas is October 7 Attack the string of strikes staged by the Hutus and Hezbollah and then Iran’s April 13 invasion. Biden reportedly told Prime Minister Netanyahu to take the when to stand down after suffering a first of its kind attack on Israel sovereignty from an Iranian regime swore in terror, destruction and attack that paralyzed and could have killed 1000s of people in the New Jersey sighs Jewish state would shut down the Iranian weapons at an estimated cost of $1.5 billion. It also provided massive actionable intelligence in its defensive response to Iran and its proxies. Is that a win? Or is Biden trying to turn a control a tactical success into a game changing strategic loss where Iran can attack Israel with impunity, where Aereo invasion from the power racing for a nuclear bomb is now normalized, threatening a second holocaust. Just days later, we will learn that Israel stood down under US pressure and caught off potential major strikes on Iran. Though there are conflicting reports, one suggests the US presented Israel with an ultimatum. You can execute a Raffa invasion, of course on America’s terms, but you can’t punish Iran and decisive fashion. Step back and look at the big picture. Reporting suggests the Biden administration knew Iran was to attack, a bite of the attack, coordinated the defensive operation, then did nearly everything possible to stage manage and neutralize Israel’s response to it. What if the point was for the Biden administration to say, look, Israel, this regional support umbrella from the US and your Arab neighbors against the Iranian menace, all of this can be yours, if you just wind down the war in Gaza on our terms move towards the Palestinian state which Biden is looking to recognize anyway, and lay off Iran. Otherwise, quote, we think it will be very hard to replicate the huge success we had if Iran launches hundreds of missiles and drones again. An unnamed US official said the Wall Street Journal appears to have corroborated my theory which I predicted on April 13th. That Biden is putting Israel in a box with the when the disastrous reality is that the more of the US restrains Israel, the more likely Iran will be undeterred and escalate. That will undermine not only Biden’s election year demand for come, but for keeping a lid on oil prices and imperative that transcends concerns about the Dearborn vote. Remember, the Biden administration hasn’t enforced extend Iranian energy sanctions, allowing 10s of billions of dollars in oil sales to flow into the malaco seas coffers and keeping prices down. reports indicated won’t match up oil sanctions.

He’s going forward either. His entire policy is premised on bribing Iran for quiet through reelection. Israel appears to have engaged in synchronized strikes inside and outside Iran. But by all accounts, those on Iranian soil did not target oil or nuclear infrastructure but military targets. They were meant to send a message that Israel could strike when and where it wanted. But not that they were willing to eliminate Iran’s offensive capabilities or cripple the regime. Will this deter the mullahs mullahs who could land debilitating blows next time? If not, blood will be on the Biden administration’s hands once again, hands that have tied Israel’s to its detriment and hours.
