Social media reacts after Schumer pens tip line for whistleblowers to report government misconduct

X and Tesla owner Elon Musk referred to the reactions to Schumer’s tip line as “comedy gold” and suggested that Schumer has committed crimes, highlighting the negative reception of the initiative.

Schumer and Governmental Affairs Committee Ranking Member Gary Peters emphasized the importance of whistleblowers in government oversight and accountability in their communications.
