Nevada approves abortion rights ballot measure

Nevadans approved a ballot measure on early Wednesday, Nov. 6, to protect abortion rights, part of a broader trend where seven out of ten states voted to expand access. This decision adds to the total of 14 states that have approved similar measures since Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022.
Joey Teitelbaum from Global Strategy Group stated, “Abortion rights are winnable in pretty much any state at this point”, highlighting the financial advantage of abortion rights advocates over anti-abortion activists.
