Democrats propose ‘shadow government’ to oppose Trump’s cabinet

Nickel said U.S. House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., could appoint Democratic members of Congress to hold Trump’s cabinet members accountable.
