Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath will reunite for a final performance in Birmingham, England. The concert, titled “Back to the Beginning,” will feature a set list of the band’s greatest hits.
All proceeds from the July 5 show will benefit Parkinson’s research and healthcare for children.
Other rock giants will take the stage, including Metallica and Slayer.

A final goodbye in Birmingham

Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath will take the stage on July 5 in Birmingham, England, where it all began. Osborne is currently battling Parkinson’s disease and is recovering from a spinal injury. Despite this, his wife, Sharon Osborne, said he’s still determined to deliver an unforgettable show.

The 76-year-old singer will perform solo before joining his former bandmates for the reunion show, titled “Back to the Beginning.”

Black Sabbath’s legacy in heavy metal

Osborne and his bandmates formed Black Sabbath in 1968 in Birmingham. The band changed the face of heavy metal and solidified their place in music history.

The band’s reunion concert will highlight the early hits. Other heavy metal behemoths like Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax will join Black Sabbath for the show.
