Blake Lively’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni is escalating and now involves a crisis public relations executive. Jed Wallace and Street Relations are suing Lively for defamation after she named them in her December civil rights complaint.

For weeks, Lively and Baldoni have been locked in a public dispute. The conflict started when Lively accused Baldoni’s team of fostering a toxic work environment. In response, Baldoni alleged that Lively was attempting to damage his reputation.

Now, Wallace is pushing back.

Lively claims Wallace, who calls himself a “hired gun,” led a strategy to amplify social media posts for Baldoni. She alleges this was part of an “online smear campaign” against her.

Text messages included in her lawsuit show Wallace telling crisis management expert Melissa Nathan, “We are crushing it on Reddit.”

On Aug. 10, 2024, an employee from Nathan’s team noted a shift in social media sentiment. They credited Wallace and his team for helping to “shift the narrative” in Baldoni’s favor.

Wallace files $7 million lawsuit

In a $7 million defamation lawsuit obtained by Page Six, Wallace claims Lively falsely accused him of working with a company that ran a “retaliatory social combat campaign” against her.

According to documents reviewed by Fox News, Wallace’s lawsuit states:

“Neither Wallace nor Street Relations had anything to do with the alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, failure to investigate, or aiding and abetting the alleged harassment or retaliation. Neither could they have breached a contract with Lively because no such contract exists.”

Although Wallace is now suing Lively, he was not named in her lawsuit against Baldoni, his production company or his publicists. The trial for Lively and Baldoni is currently scheduled for March 2026.
