Morning Digital ProducerDevan Markham is a morning digital producer at Straight Arrow News. With extensive experience covering breaking news, politics, crime and missing person cases, she brings a keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering accurate and timely news to the public.
A Chicago native, Devan graduated from Fairfield University in Connecticut with a degree in Digital Journalism. Previously, she worked as a digital content producer at NewsNation and freelanced as an associate producer for Netflix and MTV, contributing to hit reality TV shows “Love is Blind” and “Siesta Key.”
Outside of the newsroom, Devan enjoys tending to her urban garden, reading fantasy novels and spending time with her fiancé and three kittens. She also has a passion for bookbinding and creative writing.
